COUNSELLING

I offer counselling and therapy in Horsham, Steyning and Hove. I also offer counselling online or by telephone.

I am trained and experienced in a variety of approaches as a humanistic integrative counsellor, as well as further clinical training in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy and mindfulness. This enables me to tailor my approach to your individual needs.

I have experience of working with a wide range of difficulties with both adults and children and young people. I am passionate about my work and consider it a privilege to be able to work with people who want bring about changes in their lives.

As a registered member of the BACP I am a member of a professional governing body.
