ABOUT ME

​

I graduated in 2000 from a BACP Accredited Integrative Humanistic Counselling Diploma. I also completed a further 2 years Transactional Analysis training and went on to train in Mindfulness; both for adults and children and young people.  

As I am trained and experienced in a variety of approaches I am able to tailor my approach to your individual needs. I have experience of working with a wide range of difficulties with both adults and children and young people. I currently work with clients both on a short term and a long term basis, depending on your individual requirements.

I appreciate that starting counselling and finding the right person that you feel comfortable to work with can seem quite daunting. Therefore please feel free to contact me for more information and to see if I am the right person for you to work with.

I work from comfortable counselling rooms in Horsham, Hove and Steyning. All locations are easily accessible by public transport and have on street parking.

As a registered member of the BACP I am committed to work within their ethical guidelines, therefore I offer a highly professional and confidential counselling service.

BACP,  British Assocation of Counselling and Psychotherapy, is the largest professional governing body for counselling and psychotherapy in the UK.
