I am a professionally qualified therapist, clinical supervisor and mindfulness practitioner, and have over 20 years’ experience.
I am a warm, compassionate and experienced counsellor and therapist, with a caring and flexible approach who can create a safe and trusting space for you to talk in confidence about issues or problems that might be affecting you.
Counselling can help with many difficult life problems - from coping with relationship issues or bereavement, to dealing with depression and/or anxiety. You may be trying to manage harmful emotional behaviours, or maybe just feeling 'down' or stuck, struggling with a lack of confidence, feeling overwhelmed, confused or isolated.
Whatever may bring you to counselling I am passionate about helping you work through difficulties and therefore getting your life back on track as quickly as possible.
